At GLOFPAY, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you need to cancel a transaction, we make the process as simple and transparent as possible — but please note, cancellations are only possible under certain conditions.
Steps to Cancel a Transaction:
➤ Log into your GLOFPAY account
Access your dashboard from our website or mobile app.
➤ Go to your Transaction History
Locate the transaction you wish to cancel in the “Recent Transactions” section.
➤ Check the Status
If the transaction is still pending, you may see a “Cancel” or “Abort” option next to it.
➤ Click and Confirm
Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation. A notification will be sent to confirm your request.
Important to Know:
➤ Transactions that are already completed or processed cannot be reversed through your account.
➤ Cancellations are only possible within a short time frame after initiating the transaction.
➤ If the cancellation button is not available, it means the transaction is no longer eligible to be canceled through the platform.
